Yes you can!  If you purchased the item that is in for repair from Advance Music, we will do our absolute best to provide you a loaner.  If the repair item did not come from us, we have a backline rentals available.  Please refer to the rental section of our site for current pricing. 

Yes, in some cases.  There are many repairs that are a simple solder connection fix, or the replacement of a simple component. If you are in a hurry for your repair, and it's one of these simple, quick turn around issues, we do offer a "rush" repair service.  Call Tim to check his availability, and to make sure there is not a rush job ahead of yours.

Repair costs vary greatly depending on parts costs and the complexity of the repair.  Large mixers and digital pianos are more expensive due to their physical size, and the effort required to dis-assemble and re-assemble them.  The cost of repair parts are all over the map as well.  A small capacitor may cost $2.00, yet a replacement transformer may be $200.00.  This is the reason we charge a $30.00 bench fee.  This allows Tim to assess the problem and provide you an estimate...no surprises this way.

Tough question...the first step in the repair process is to have Tim, our repair tech, diagnose the problem.  Once he knows what the issue is, he will determine what parts are required, whether he has them on hand, or, in the case of a specialty part, the time required to order it from the vendor.  Once he has all of that information, he will call you with a time and repair cost estimate.  All of that being said, Advance Music will turn your repair around in the fastest time possible.
