| Recently played over in the US on tour with my group, we played in NYC and Las Vegas. However we also had a gig in Burlington VT. We hired the equipment from Advance Music and from the moment they helped us non-stop. The equipment was everything we asked for, the staff were friendly and looked after us very well. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, also the range of instruments I saw there was second to none. Next time we are over I will without doubt be using them again. | "I recently bought a Roland HP-307 piano from Mike and want to give him, his partner, Jeff, and his staff a ringing endorsement. Everyone at Advance was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Mike gave me a good price for the piano, and he and Jeff drove quite a distance to set it up for me for a nominal charge. If I ever buy an instrument again, I will look first to Advance Music. | Last night I brought my 12 year old daughter to Advance Music to look for her first guitar. Alex helped us find some guitars that would fit my daughter. He was very patient, even showing her some chords to try to get a better idea of how comfortable the guitar would be for her. We never felt rushed or pushed into something that was beyond what we needed. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her new guitar and has not stopped smiling about it! | I'm a Virginia transplant of a semi recent nature. After finding a place to live and getting my son in school, the only thing left was to find a music store. I visited the local 3 at the time and Advance is where I landed. Everyone there has a genuine sense and love of what they are doing. Customer service has been everything I think it should be plus some. Their product knowledge and willing to listen and help has kept me a loyal customer. | I've been shopping at Advance music for over 20 years, since they were a small shop upstairs, on Church street. Mike, Jeff, Kevin, and all the other wonderful employees at Advance Music, have always been so helpful and generous with their time. I always receive great customer service, and I send all my students and friends to Advance. Over the many years, I've bought two drum sets, two sound systems, a tascam recorder, an Ensoniq keyboard, a Korg Keyboard, many guitars, and amps, tons of percussion, sheet music, accessories, picks, cables, mics, etc. I don't buy on line, I don't go anywhere else for my music needs (and wants) I go to advance.
